President

Nicole is the Regional Director-Eastern Time Traffic for NBC Sports Boston and Philadelphia, covering the Celtics, Flyers, Sixers, and Phillies. She co-leads the Women's Network for NBC Boston Hub.

Vice President

Kati currently oversees the content development and integration group, which works internally and cross-departmentally to solidify the content strategy, launch, performance, and communication for all ESPN+ Original, ESPN Films, 30 for 30, and Special Projects series and films.

Co-Director, Mentorship

Patty is the Director of Sports Administration at Boston College, prior to her time at BC she was a Sports Administration faculty member at University of Cincinnati for 5 years. Before making the switch to academia Patty worked in college athletics for 16 years at every level of the NCAA DI, DII, DIII, and NJCAA.

Alice is the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for the Boston Celtics.

Co-Director of Mentorship

Abby Chin is the longtime Boston Celtics’ courtside reporter for NBC Sports Boston. A key contributor to the multi-Emmy Award winning regional broadcasts. Abby has also covered major events for national networks from the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang on NBC to NBA Summer League on NBATV. In 2025, she was honored with the WISE Mentor Award and currently serves on the WISE Within Committee, where she helps guide the next generation of women in sports media. She also teaches a course at Boston University, sharing her experience and insight with aspiring journalists.

Susan is the Founder of Accelerate Your Changes, a firm specializing in Change Management Consulting Services.  Previously, she was VP of Change Acceleration and HR at Comcast Spotlight.

Kaila is currently the Creative Project Manager at Cascade Maverik.  She oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of all creative projects for the lacrosse brand, and specializes in bringing brand stories to life.   Before this role, Kaila worked at New England Sports Network (NESN), and at Kraft Sports + Entertainment as the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator.

Co-Director of Memberships

Brenda is the Senior Director of Employer Relations at Endicott College, where she leads innovative
programming and employer recruiting efforts to engage partners and expose students to career
opportunities both nationally and globally. She is responsible for developing and expanding global
internship programs in Ireland, Spain and Italy for Endicott students.

Co-Director of PROGRAMMING

A former college soccer all American, Arsenal Ladies defender, high school and college coach, United Soccer Coaches national staff coach and 25-year professional in New England's youth soccer landscape, Felicity brings well rounded experience and guidance to the WISE board. She is a VP at Steel Sports where she started Women of Steel, an initiative to empower and advocate for the young girls who play for Steel teams across the country. When not running tournaments, directing soccer camps or coaching education courses, Felicity can be found with her husband and high school age kids at the beach, boating, climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro or traveling for work and pleasure.

Co-Director of Programming

Krista Thomas joined DraftKings in 2019 within the Business Development organization where she is responsible for a team that handles all Market Access Partnerships. These partnerships are a key component for DraftKings to legally operate statewide mobile sports betting, iGaming, and retail wagering. She is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and co-chair for the DraftKings Women’s Business Group. Krista has a wealth of experience beyond her time at DraftKings and has held several leadership positions for companies such as Reebok, Anheuser-Busch InBev, and GTECH (now IGT). Krista graduated with a B.A. and M.B.A from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI.
