Holly is the Director of Traffic & Strategic DEIB Sponsorships for NESN. She leads the CORE DEI Team and is the Executive Sponsor for the Minor Leagues ERG. Holly was previously president of WICT NE.

Vice President

Cosmina is the SVP of Strategic Partnerships for NESN. She is part of NESN’s executive team and is the Executive Chair for NESN’s ERG Women of NESN (WON) group. Cosmina has been a member of WISE since 2008 in NYC, Chicago and Boston.

Secretary

Patty is the Director of Sports Administration at Boston College, prior to her time at BC she was a Sports Administration faculty member at University of Cincinnati for 5 years. Before making the switch to academia Patty worked in college athletics for 16 years at every level of the NCAA DI, DII, DIII, and NJCAA.

Treasurer

Nicole is the Traffic Manager at NBC Sports Boston. Prior to NBC she worked in Traffic at NESN and CBS Radio. She currently co-leads the Boston Women's Network at NBC Universal.

Co-Director of Mentorship

Joanna is the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Client Growth at Metabet, a leader in sports betting. Previous experience includes working with the likes of the NFL, Boston Red Sox, & Draftkings, spanning teams, leagues, brands and sports books.

Co-Director of Mentorship

Rachel is the Head of Strategic Partnerships for Hudl, a leading sports data and analytics company. She previously worked in global sales for Fenway Sports Management (FSM), Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG) and the PGA TOUR. She has her BA from Cornell University, and MBA & MS in Sport Management from UMass Amherst.

Co-Director of Sponsorships

Siobhan is currently the Director of Corporate Partnerships for the Boston Bruins & TD Garden where she specializes in customizing national and regional integrated sponsorships. Prior to her current role, Siobhan was Sr. Director of Corporate Partnerships at the Boston Celtics.

Co-Director of Sponsorships

Kati currently oversees the content development and integration group, which works internally and cross-departmentally to solidify the content strategy, launch, performance, and communication for all ESPN+ Original, ESPN Films, 30 for 30, and Special Projects series and films.

Co-Director of Programming

Morgan is a Senior Client Services Manager at Live Nation where she does sponsorships in the Boston market. Her BA is from Bentley University.

Co-Director of Programming

Tracey is the Director of Sponsorships & Industry Relations at Emmanuel College. Previously worked as both a head and assistant college basketball coach and membership director at a natural history museum. Graduated from Dickinson State in North Dakota with a Bachelors of Business Administration.
